- In about 15 minutes over the phone with a mortgage company you can be pre-qualified for a loan amount.
- Pick out a lot and house plan in your price range. Also consider browsing our gallery for inspiration. In this planning prosess FRY HOMES can give you general guidelines for a home in your price range.
- Choose the way you want the home finished by using the Description of Materials form from FRY HOMES.
- FRY HOMES will give you a price for your home.
- Sign an Earnest Money contract.
- Make your application for a loan through a mortgage company and/or a bank.
- Upon the approval of your loan and the signing of the papers the construction can begin.
- Construction will usually take 6 months
- When the home is finished you will enjoy living in your home.
process for a Spec home
- Contact FRY HOMES and let Luke show you homes. You can also view spec homes we have available here.
- In about 15 minutes over the phone with a mortgage company you can be pre-qualified for a loan amount.
- Sign an Earnest Money contract.
- Make your application for a loan through a mortgage company and/or a bank.
- If the home is still under construction (upon the approval of your loan and the signing of the papers) you can make finishing decisions as the construction continues. Check out our gallery for some inspiration.
- Completion of construction time will very by the stage of construction when you sign the contract. We can let you know what to expect for your project.
- When the home is finished you will enjoy living in your home.
